Mr Kia Rezajooi
Mr Kia Rezajooi – Consultant Neurosurgeon

Mr Kia Rezajooi is a Consultant Neurosurgeon specialising in spinal surgery. Having graduated from Bristol University in 1992, he completed his postgraduate surgical training on the St Mary’s surgical rotation in London. Subsequently, Mr Rezajooi completed his Neurosurgical training on the North Thames Neurosurgery rotation following which he undertook a Complex Spinal Fellowship at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.
Mr Rezajooi was appointed as a Consultant Spinal Neurosurgeon at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore in 2008. His specialist interests include the management of cervical and lumbar degenerative disorders, spinal injury and spinal tumours.
Mr Rezajooi was awarded an MD (Res) degree for his work on spinal cord injury. He has published numerous peer reviewed papers and has been awarded several prizes, including the Medtronic Travel Bursary for best oral presentation at the Society of British Neurological Surgeons.
